- We always recommend coming to the store for boots when possible, so staff can help you try them on your dog and you can confirm the dog is able to walk and the boots are secure. This way you can also see the best technique to put on the boots! Dog boots are a very individual thing, not one size fits all. -
A strong boot for a big dog. This one has a rubber sole sew up all the way under the strap so the dog can't possibly walk on the back of it and a re-enforced rubber toe. The upper is a water resistant canvas and there's two reflective straps: the all important cinch strap as well as a safety strap. These straps are secured under belt loops so you won't have to worry about them sliding around on the dog's leg and loosening the boot. Inside the ankle is a special foam pad, sewn in place to mold against the dog's leg and ensure further that the boot won't slide off. It has the added benefit of cushioning the tightness of the straps if you're worried about cinching them too tight. This boot won't be going anywhere!
